We work with late-stage biotech and medical device companies at the capital inflection point. Science proven, patents secured, early funding exhausted.
To be considered, your company must meet all of the following:
• Validated science with peer-reviewed evidence or clinical data
• Patents secured and freedom to operate established
• Early-stage funding, grants, seed, angel dollars have been exhausted, or nearly so
• Clear regulatory pathway to FDA approval
• Management team with the operational capability to execute
We work with 3 to 5 companies at a time. We take an equity position in every engagement. We succeed when the technology reaches patients and generates returns for investors. Not before.

If you have qualifying product that is not yet on the open market, this is the right conversation to have. Our roster includes buyers and capital partners who don’t respond to listings but will move quickly on the right introduction.
