Ben spent five years as an investment advisor at RBC Dominion Securities in Toronto, where he learned to translate complex investment concepts for sophisticated clients and build portfolios managed by seasoned analysts.
For the past 20 years he's focused on helping healthcare companies access capital to reach patients.
He's frustrated by how often it doesn't work. Too many breakthrough technologies die in the lab not because the science fails, but because they can't access the right capital at the right time. He's watched companies with proven treatments run out of money before reaching commercialization. He's seen patients who needed those innovations never get access to them.

Ben holds a California real estate broker license and works selectively with established clients on confidential transactions.
