HOW WE WORK

For Healthcare Companies

We work with 3-5 medical technology companies at a time. These are late-stage startups with breakthrough solutions that have moved past the science risk.

  

What We Look For:


• Proven technology platform with clinical or real-world validation

• Strong management team with relevant experience

• Secured intellectual property (issued patents or strong applications)

• Clear regulatory pathway to approval

• Significant market opportunity

• Technologies that improve patient outcomes 

  

Retainer Structure:


Retainer paid on the first of each month. This accumulates as a credit applied at closing. If you cancel the agreement, retainers already paid are non-refundable.


Success Fee:


2.5% cash payment and 2.5% equity ownership of the capital raised.

We provide access to pre-vetted late-stage healthcare opportunities.


Every company has completed rigorous due diligence addressing:

You receive detailed investment memoranda for each opportunity. We facilitate direct introductions to management teams for qualified investors.
